1. The service

Review Reply Plus helps businesses manage reviews from Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor and other sources, and draft replies with AI assistance. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including replies published to connected platforms.

3. Connected platforms

You may connect third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile. You must own or be an authorised manager of each connected location, and you must comply with each platform's own terms of service. Replies you publish through this app are attributable to you, not to us.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to post false, misleading, defamatory, harassing or unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate another business or reply on behalf of a business you are not authorised to represent.
• Do not attempt to circumvent our security, rate limits, or platform integrations.

5. AI output

AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every reply before publishing. We make no warranty that AI drafts are accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, and refunds (if any) are described at point of purchase.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that misuse connected platform APIs. Upon termination we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
